So I bought an item on eBay without realising that I had insufficient funds in my bank account. (My PayPal is linked to bank account and the bank account is the primary paying source)
paypal took the money from my bank account anyway, and thus my bank account went overdrawn. I sorted the overdrawn charges out with my bank and thought that would be that. The item was paid for and I only have to pay the money back to bank when I have it.
well now PayPal have emailed me saying that my account is in negative and I need to pay them back the money as well, but they took the money from my bank account when the item was paid for so 1 why is my PayPal account in negative and 2 if the item was eventually paid by PayPal putting my bank account overdrawn why are PayPal then asking for more money?
