cant find find 4 digit code

good AM/PM ive been waiting for 20 days now and i still dont know where to find this four digit code..i need help please

i didnt see my transactions in my metrobank debit card where im suppose to find the four digit code

please reply i really need help

If you add a card or a bank account then the code shows on your online statement or if you don't have online banking on the paper statement you get sent monthly.

Have exactly the same issue, never received a code so cannot set up direct debits etc. Been on to support how just send me the instructions, not acknowledging it does not work.
