can't complain to paypal date of birth not accepted

try to make a formal complaint to paypal holding my funds says i need to contact bank as they are not accepting withdraws rubbish contacted them theres no problem phoned ebay they told me its a technical difficulty from there side and garanteed it fixed by 12 midnight 8 times suprise.suprise its 1 am. and not withdawing but tried to make a formal complaint.and at the bottom of the page i have to wright my name and birth date and every time i put my date of birth in it comes up red dd/mm/yyyy i can only type in my real date of birth and it wont accept it.so basicly i cant make a complaint.ps im 38 years old from uk any feedback appreiciated thanks

do you have your bank account (not card) linked and verified to your paypal account??

have you accidently cancelled the direct debit mandate on your online banking between you and paypal??

if both options above are ok then why are you phoning ebay?? you need to phone paypal.

I can't make a complaint eather. I fill up everything good but when I press Send this shows up at the top: ''We're sorry, but something went wrong. Please try again.'' I have very seriuos situation and PayPal did not answer to my emails, and I can't even make a complain about it! That's just great...

Oh, the magic problem revield - while I am writing PayPal kicked me out of my account, so I could not send the complain. I just wrote everything again and copied to my email and loged in to my PayPal account again and then quickly copied everything to complain form - sent without problems. Hope this helps somebody someday 🙂
