Hi I'm really struggling. I have gone through the account verification process. I get to the address verification upload the file and the next button is grayed out so i cant complete it. I thought o.k i'll upload the documents in classic view. This allowed me to complete the process. I checked in normal view and I had green ticks by all the requested sub groups. This was over 3 working days ago. The account limitations are still in place and the green tick on address verification has gone and its prompting me to upload the file. I've tried again and once the file is uploaded the next button to complete is still grayed out. This is just so frustrating as I cant access my money and its starting to impact my life. Has anyone else had this issue? I'm really starting to worry this is going to seriously impact my business which I've slogged my guts out to build from nothing 😞 I haven't received any correspondence or any email from Paypal either
