Unknown Payment

My online banking (Lloyds) says I'm paying a Direct Debit of £25.13 monthly via PayPal (with reference number) but there's no such payment on my PayPal account records. Can anyone at PayPal give me further information as to what the payment actually is and whether it even exists?

I'm sure they can if you give them a ring and ask them.

But are you sure its monthly? Normally what shows on your direct debit is the LAST seller you paid by bank transfer, and it does not change until you pay another seller. eg in my online banking it says £53.67 but thats been like it for a few months as I tend to use my c.c. as a funding source.

Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > and under "manage upcoming payments" top left of page second option down is pre-approved payments.

and if not in there give c.s. a call.
