Unauthorised Transactions on old card

Transactions are appearing on my account using an old destroyed card, but my bank account is the same, no moneies have been taken out of my bank. Would like to cancel my account with paypal but it wont let me because transactions are pendint to this false buyer etc.

File for unauthorised transactions via the resolution tab in your paypal account.

Then change your passwords etc.
