Hello.
Can somebody please help me? I have been trying to get the money from a ticket I sold on safemarketplace through redtkt.com for over a month now. I have spent hours on the phone trying to get help from paypal customer sevices and it has been incredibly frustrating. For some time my account was limited and it was an absolute nightmare trying to get that sorted out.
Bascially now, the woman I have been in contact with from redtkt.com (thankfully they have an email inbox which they monitor) has said she has tried to pay the money in and received a message saying: "The recipient is curently unable to receive money, if the issue persists please contact customer service".
I think the redtkt website is genuine as it is linked to official Primavera Sound website- the event I bought tickets for. I also could not find any complaints online about their service.
