Accounts in both Uber and Paypal are australian, email and phone are confirmed in Paypal, the credit card is not as there is simply no way of doing it - no "get paypal code" or anything like this. Uber app on android authorises successfully, this can be seen in Paypal's "permissions you've given" and yet the Uber app does not want to work with Paypal. How to fix that?
