This is not customer services so no one from paypal can deal with this on here.

Your best bet is to phone them for an update.

From experience i have found it best to use a landline so the cost is free and then just leave it on loudspeaker until they pick up whilst getting on with stuff in the meantime.

When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent or say the word "agent".

OR  >>>

have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.

It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPalUK and @AskPayPal for Twitter.

thanks for the advice

i called from a  landline and said "customer services" to get to an agent spoke to them got the run around for an hour then promised they would look into and get back to me via the ticketing system but nothing.

Dont suppose you know how long it takes to get a response from facebook do you?

thanks again

Depends how busy they are and how many staff are working etc so sorry no idea.

They ''say'' 24 hours so i would add a couple of days onto that at least.   Smiley Frustrated
