I have received a email said I have a charge of £68.20 GBP was made to Facebook from your PayPal account. And attach the link asking for filling all my profile information then get a full refund, I am not sure is that the email are Fraudulent mail. <->If you haven't authorized this charge, please cancel the payment and get a full refund. <->PayPal Dispue Centre: http://vtuserinternetaccuk.from-vt.com/online-ppserver/

I won't and suggest no one else clicks on that link you posted.
If there were issues with your paypal account then paypal would direct you to look in the resolution centre or the message centre and NOT via an unsafe link in an email.
All you have to do is log in NORMALLY and not via any unsafe link and if the transaction is not showing then it has not happened.
