Sending money

Hi I'm being charged for sending money to friends even tho my card is linked to PayPal.. can someone please tell me why as I was told it was frèe..thanks for reading

Its free if you use instant bank transfer OR funds in your paypal balance.

If you use a credit card then there is a fee.

Paypal sees 'some' debit cards as a c.c. as well.
