I returned a string of beads, £48.00, and received a refund last Thursday but have yet to locate it. The original paymen went via PayPal from my bank account but nothing had shown up in either of them. Does it take a while to come through.

Did you have an email to say you were refunded?

Does the transaction show in your transaction history?

Did you fund it from your bank account via instant transfer?

Did you fund it from your bank account with a debit card?
