Restricted account and payments being held

Hi, Im new to paypal so i created my account added a bank account, confirmed it and lifted my limits basically im 80% completed my account because i dont want to use the app in shops..  when i log into my account i dont have any messages or notifications. I have received a couple of payments in my account and every one has been put on hold. My ebay account has all good feeback. I have even added postage details which confirm the item was delivered and the buyer has left feedback for the item yet paypal are still holding the funds???

Its the new seller hold that every new seller goes through.

Positive feedback is not one of the criteria for early release of funds.
