I am abroad in the states for a while and want to register the app on my phone and need to remove my old U.K. Number and replace with an American number. Can I do this? If not what do i do ?
Paypal is country specific so if you move country you have to open another paypal account in that country and add an address / phone number / and bank accounts from within that country.
