So I had requested a refund of my balance on superbuy.com, and they sent the payment, but I had to pay a fee. I tried contacting paypal to remove it but they said it was because its goods and services, but clearly it's just my balance being refunded to paypal, and to contact superbuy. I did contact them, and they cant do nothing about it, plus it was hard to explain clearly as they are based in china, and told me to contact paypal again. I don't know what to do now...
