Hello. I sold an item for 260 pounds. I have sent the item trough Royal mail 1st class and I have sent the tracking number to Paypal.
The buyer said that he sent 520 pounds and he wants 260 pounds back. He didn't collect the item from Royal Mail office yet. In my paypal accound does not show that he send any money and I do not know how much he send and if he send any. I did not recieve any email regarding these 520 pounds. Please give me an advice. He want me to refound him 260. I am scared that I will end up with no item and with 260 pounds less, as he wants them transfered on money gram.

Why would you send an item BEFORE you were paid?????????????
This sounds like a scam involving FAKE paypal emails.
Paypal NEVER tell you to send an item before the payment is showing in your paypal account.
Paypal do not tell you to send trackable, they advise it for selling protection but it is not compulsory.
Paypal NEVER tells you to use a rival payment processor ie moneygram or western union etc.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
