Purchasing a watch on ebay

Hi, 

I’m looking to purchase a watch from Ebay. I’ve checked and double checked relevant certification and authenticity and am 99% sure everything is legitimate. 

 

If if there was a problem on receipt of watch what is my position using PayPal?
