Pending payment

My buyer is saying that her payment to me is showing as pending. As far as I can see both eBay and PayPal have the same email addresses. Am I safe to send her the item? Is PayPal holding my money and will release when I send or is there some other issue?

Are the funds actually SHOWING in your paypal account balance?

If not then they should be if you have the correct email address linked.

Even if they were being held as a new seller hold they would still show in your balance but have pending by them in YOUR paypal account.

So if you say the emails are correct on paypal and ebay then can you do the below and make sure its correct on your auction.

Go and find the transaction in your “my ebay” > click to the right where it says sell similar > don't fill in anything just scroll down to the payments section > look in the paypal box > is the email addy in there correct with no spelling mistakes? If so then it would have been wrong on your finished auctions so come back for more advice.

Only if they are not and its pending on your buyers paypal account then its normally an email problem.

Are you sure you verified that paypal email?
