My friend has sent me $23 through Family & Friends overseas on the 18th and is still pending. He says it has been removed from his bank account and shouldn't be pending. I wanted to know how long this will take or if this is normal? I've sent paypal a message but they replied with an automated message and now when I try to reply or send another it denies access to the entire website for around 10 minutes. Please help, thankyou.
