Depends, if you mean its pending on the SELLERS side then that has nothing to do with you but its to do with the seller as he may be new and subject to the new seller hold. That should not hold up him sending your item as the faster he sends your item the sooner his funds are released (if he sends trackable).
If the payment is showing as COMPLETED on your side then you have paid.
If you can confirm what is happening i may be able to give you more info.
