Can someone clarify this to me?
I am using GCash Master Card and I just got it activated and said to be ready to use for any transactions.
However, every time I fill the forms it keeps saying that I'm putting wrong information.
Can someone tell me what I am missing?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
