Paypal iPhone app problem

Hi all, Whenever I try to log into my PayPal app on the iPhone I keep getting the error message 'sorry we cannot process your request at this time'. It's been like that for a week now. I've tried turning my phone off and back on again? I've tried deleting my app and reinstalling it and nothing makes a difference. I can still log into my PayPal account on the website but I can't get into my app. Any ideas why? Thanks
