Paypal from private to Premier or business account

I have a private Paypal account. The bank account which is linked to my Paypal account is in my personal name.

I am thinking to setup a company. I will get a new company bank account.

If I upgrade my Paypal account to business, is it posible to add/link the new company bank account?
