I have used my paypal account to credit my tombola account 6 times however i have been charged 8 times by paypal to my bank account. I have phoned to speak to three different people all have said i have to email however i have explained i am not disputing a transaction on my paypal account becuase that shows the correct 6 times its on my bank statement that it shows “first payment paypal direct debit” and “paypal payment” i want my money refunded. Where can i do this...
Apologies for the delay. If your PayPal account shows the correct amount of payments then it is difficult for us to dispute any other payments. Would any of these payments have failed from your bank account and then your back up funding source would have been charged? Please check with your bank to make sure they are all completed payments.
