Hello there's been a payment of £19.99 that shouldn't of been made as I have no knowledge of this being payment to Sony entertainment as I do not now how this as come about please could you refund the £19.99 bck to my bank account
You would need to file a dispute for 'unauthorised transaction' if you did not make the transaction.
Click on the transaction in your paypal account and use the 'report a problem' link.
But check first to see its not in here.....
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''.
