I have bought an Item of a private E-bay seller and paid for it via my Pay Pal account using my credit card the seller tells me the payment is pending why is this please
If its completed on your paypal account and pending on his paypal account then it would be because he is a new seller and subject to the new seller hold.
That is not your problem, he should send your item promptly as you have paid.
