Payment pending

Ordered something, but this was cancelled by the seller a few days later, but the payment is still showing as "pending" in my Paypal account

A pending refund or is it pending in your transaction history?

If the latter then is it unclaimed and if so with or without a cancel option.

It's pending in the PayPal transaction history, though eBay says it's cancelled and will be refunded.
