PayPal credit email

Hello, 

I have just recieved an email from what I believe to be PayPal offering PayPal credit. I followed the link and logged in, but panicked incase it was a scam and removed my debit card and changed my password. Is PayPal credit a legit thing? If so, half way through applying it asked for the state and zip code but I live in the UK so couldn't complete it. It was then when I changed my PayPal details as looking up PayPal credit didn't yield any recent results

Thank you for posting and welcome to the Community

PayPal Credit is an offering we have. They do send out emails to specific customers so it could've been a genuine email.
