Not able to confirm card

Hi,

 

I am about to confirm my bank account and debit card, however I am able to confirm bank account.

 

While confirming card, it ask for four digit code which I dont have.

 

I am operating my HDFC account from app, Some amount has been deduct as well however I am not able to figure out 4 digit code.

 

Please help.

Thanks for reaching out to us in regards to this. Sorry to hear that you have been experiencing difficulties recently when trying to confirm your card linked to your account.

 

When you initiate the process, we send a small charge to your card of £1.00 GBP. When you can see this charge on your statement, there will be a four digit code on the same line of the transaction on your statement. That code would be the code that you enter on your PayPal account in order to get your card confirmed.

 

It can take on average between 3 and 5 working days for the charge to be received on your online banking.
