I sold a phone in perfect order buyer had a week messaged me saying i cloud wasn't unlocked I went in my Apple Id got password etc told them to turn phone on to erase the account gave them password Tec still saying they cart do wants money back the money on hold so cart until it clears but still if they won't try to sort how can I this surely would have been noticed on day one so I'm worried it won't be my phone returned but worried as it my first sale xx
