My account limitations haven't been reviewed for a long time now

I recevied account limitations and provided the informaton neccesesary for it to be resolved, but only the phot id and invoice have been accepted and the rest just says 'submitted for review'. When will they be reviewed?! I called up and somebody said within 24 hours, still not been reviewed. I have a deadline of 29th Jan before more limitations, then what?! I cant withdraw my money as it is. I have no clue on what to do. I gave them a little times beacuse it was the holidays, but I uploaded the info a good week and half ago. Im constantly nervous because im unsure whats going to happen. Any help or advice, it would b much appreciated, honeslty. Thanks

Gave them a call, and i was able to reolve it over the phone. He was a great help and couldnt be happier, cheers
