Hi, I’m interested in one thing. I want to send money via PayPal as I want to buy phone. I’m not using EBay I’m buying from Gumtree. So the problem is, if the person will let me down and I will not receive my item but the money already gone, can I request money back? And how can I do it if I can? Thank you

To answer that I would need to go and copy / paste the section on buyer protection in paypals user agreement and put in on this thread.

So its better for you to head over there and read it yourself so you can risk assess your transactions.
