Money sent but not recieved

I've sent money to a seller for an item that I'm buying and they said they didn't receive the money on there end. So I checked the activity and it also stated that no money was sent, so I thought perhaps I did something wrong and it never went through so tried again and got the same problem.

Any help please?

I have had the same issue and have spoken to paypal they have said they are having technical issues there end and not to send it again and it will show in the next hour or two.
