I opened a case on 23rd august as I never recieved a my item on depop. I am still awaiting my money back how long will i have to wait

Once you have escalated the dispute to a claim it normally takes 10 days.

Did you escalate it to a claim before it timed out 20 days after opening it?

Is the case still showing in the resolution centre on your paypal account?

How did you pay for the item via paypal which option did you use?

How did you FUND the paypal payment?
