Magento - Paypal Express Logo Slow

I have a Magento website that has shortcuts to Paypal Express on product pages, within the cart and on the checkout screen. Sometime during the last week, something has changed that these pages now take too long to load. If I don't show on these pages, the load time is quick.

Is anyone else experiencing this over the last week.

Clearly I want to show Paypal express but not at the expense of slow loading pages.

Just to update this as it is all solved. The graphic links had changed and the following links were supplied .

I have this the same problem and sometimes I don't have a logo...
