I've lost access to the primary email account linked to payal account, l'm unable to gain entry after several days of trying. Adding a new email account and trying to delete the original primary account is not allowed, any ideas how l change primary account?.
You need to add a new email, then allocate that new email as primary. You need to verify that email once you input the email, once you've done that go head and make new one primary.
