My question regards the fact that I incorrectly submitted an out of date document to lift the limits on my account which was in turn declined and now it is not allowing me to submit the relevant updated documentation to lift the restrictions. It has been many days and I have submitted multiple emails and have had no response. Please assist!

I am sorry to hear that you cannot upload a new document to your Resolution Centre. In general, you can send us a document only if the case is waiting for your response. Once the relevant department reviews your information and sees that the document you sent is not valid, they may send you an email update requesting you to provide additional information.
To speed up the process, you can contact our Customer Service and they will be able to provide you with an alternative method to upload new files. If you would like to call in, you can find the correct phone number for your country by clicking 'Help & Contact' at the bottom of the PayPal homepage and then clicking 'Call customer support'.
