International payment need help

I sent money to my friend just $175 and it is going to the Philippines there is fee so it's 175.88 and his account is not verified and I have transaction number and all but he has not received pending transaction or money is on hold cause he isn't verified ... HELP

Welcome to the community forum. 

If the payment is marked as completed on your account that would mean that the money has arrived to your friend's account. He may not be able to withdraw this money until he verifies the account though. If that is the case all he would need to do is to add and confirm a card. 

If the payment is showing as unclaimed on your account it may be that the person has not confirmed the email address you sent the money to. They will need to have a confirmed email in order to receive the payment.
