If someone had sent me a payment bill, why can't I see it?

I asked them to send it to my email... Do they need more than only my email address?

Hi NS100,
Thank you for your post and welcome to the community!
I am sorry to hear that this inconvenience occurred. In general, if someone wants to send you money, the sender would only need your email address in order to send you the payment.
If you are unable to see the payment received, it may be that you have to manually accept it. If you have not confirmed your email, though, this process cannot be initiated. To confirm your email, you can follow the instructions here. Once you have confirmed the primary email address, the payment should appear and you should have the option to claim it.
I hope this helps!
Martina
