How do I get back my money on my account locked for 180 days

Why would PayPal think they could just take someone's hard earned money like that is wrong.they should let the person take there money then make where they can't use PayPal because now they are just taking people's money and that makes them thieves or bullies.

A buyer can open a paypal dispute up to 180 days post payment.

 

So if paypal limit a paypal account they 'freeze' those funds in your balance until 180 days just in case they get a dispute against your account.

That's not right because it's my money that I worked for and PayPal is just sitting there telling me I can't have it! They have a problem with me spending my money. I don't have any complaints from no one but PayPal and why do they have to hold my money when they could have just told me to take it and not to come back no more.

Well it equally would not be right if you withdrew the funds and then a buyer filed a dispute and paypal had to refund them out of their own funds.
