I really need to make this payment. It's to my editor and holding up my work. I moved my money from my bank account into Paypal in order that i could make the payment quicker and easier.
Whenever I go to make it they say they require more information but direct me to an eBay buying and selling page where there is no link to provide information.
This is really frustrating as I cannot access my work until I have paid the editor.
Please help. Anyone. I won't use Paypal again I will pay the bank charges, much much much easier.
