I ordered a wall quote near end of August as I was decorsting only got round to putting up just before xmas. Trying to apply realised it was faulty contacted seller with a pic and he said he would send a new one. Messaged again around 8th January he said was checking despatch and would sort. Still not received and now not answered 3 emails. Is there anything I can do? I feel he has delayed until the item had dropped from my search to put in a claim.
