Echeck takes till 27th

Hello Community,

I payed for something a few days ago but paypal gives the notification the payment is under review.
I have sufficient credit on my bank +  i just added money to my paypal account to be extra sure.
Why does this take till the bloody 27th? Is there a way to speed up the proces?
