Ebay payment with paypal not working

I`m unable to pay for the product on Ebay because of the Javascript error on Paypal ebapps checkout form.

The problem happens because file

is missing on paypal`s servers, and as a result the login process crashesh in the middle.

I can login into my account with my login/pass without any problems. The trouble happens only when trying to pay for an order on Ebay.
