Guys, I am so frustrated.
I wanted to buy something online, but the company required payments through PayPal only, so I thought I would create an account. The worst decision ever. I opened an account, verified my credit card and uploaded the required documents to remove the account limitations. Then I paid with the credit card - the funds were take from my back account, but now it is stuck in PayPal. I CANNOT use that money - not to pay or withdraw anything! This has been going on for weeks!!
I even tried to add a US bank account, but they do not let me add one!!!! Incredible!!!! What is going on?????
They do not get back to me. I have send messages numerous times and no feedback. I have even called and can't tell me what is going on!!!!
Extremely bad service!!!!!
I WOULD NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO EVER USE PAYPAL!
