I have read all the instructions regarding how to get the confirmation code online and from paper statement coming from my debit card acount. Until now the bank says they haven't received any code yet and we don't know how to access the debit account online for the code. so these are my questions. 1. How to access online the statement on my debit account and get the code? 2. What if I borrowed a card from a close relative because I don't have one that can connect to paypal, as a linked account. is it allowed? I have seen some instructions that there might be a penalty if the names on the card and the paypal account aren't matched but I am not sure how it applies.
