So, I've had cause to be in contact with the customer services department over the last two weeks, after $500 that was paid into my account, failed to turn up on my available balance. Orginally told it was a glitch that would be fixed in 72hrs, I am still waiting for the matter to be resolved. This is despite several calls, emails and a formal complaint being raised. My emails are not being answered, and I have not had any response to the complaint Has anyone else experienced anything like this, or is this a rare thing?
