Hi, I am going round in ever decreasing circles.
All I want is to have a plain email address that I can use to give PayPal some information about a problem; but it seems to be a big secret. I am told I can email, but the same thing comes round again, and the FAQs just don't have the questions I want to ask, or allow me to explain a situation. I don't like phoning if it can be avoided, as sometimes i find it hard to understand what is being said,or I get put on hold for ages.
What do other members do, or don't they have this problem?
If any answers come in next week, I won't see them while I'm away on holiday, which is why I want to send the message.
Thanks in advance, MyMayday2
