PayPal Community

I am trying to get a refund for an item,but the seller gave me an invalid returns address. I can't find any way that lets me write to PayPal about this matter, and I have already asked the seller for a proper address,but i haven't had any reply. I don't like using phones as i sometimes find it hard to hear/understand the person who answers my call.  Why does PayPal keep their email address a secret from their customers? Mrob7528 ... Hi, I am going round in ever decreasing circles. All I want is to have a plain email address that I can use to give PayPal some information about a problem; but it seems to be a big secret. I am told I can email, but the same thing comes round again, and the FAQs just don't have the questions I want to ask, or allow me to explain a situation. I don't like phoning if it can be avoided, as sometimes i find it hard to understand what is being said,or I get put on hold for ages. What do other members do, or don't they have this problem?
