I have been given card details for a payment from Southern Ireland, I'm using Paypal HERE app, it's looking for a postcode but ROI don't use postcodes, how do I get around this problem, as charge button won't activate till I input one...
I would suggest using zero's or try the Eircode https://www.eircode.ie/ which is the new Postal Code Service for Southern Ireland. Please make your customer aware that the payment will be processed in GBP£ not €Euro.
